It is also the Fifth Anniversary of the publication of the memoirs of the traitor Anthony Blunt at a time that a new political party confronts the British Establishment and Prince Charles is required to become Prince Regent.

The Author

Patrick Lavender:  A British Solicitor and Solicitor & Barrister of the Supreme Courts of the Australian Capital Territory and Papua New Guinea (PNG), Patrick worked for many years in the South Pacific, Central America and the Caribbean. His posts included Assistant Secretary for Justice (International Law) PNG, Deputy Director of the South Pacific Forum Fisheries Agency (Guadalcanal) and Regional Law Adviser (Central America and Caribbean )with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
